The Returns & Exchanges Process
1 Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
2 Prepare Your Package
Ensure the item(s) are in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unmarked, with all original tags attached and packaging included. Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
3 Ship Your Return
Securely package the items and ship them to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our facility. Please send your return to:

Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
For exchanges, once your return is received and approved, we will ship the requested replacement item. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our products, and based on the nature of certain styles in our curated menu, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
